Welcome to Ludowici’s Dallas Design Center!

Ludowici’s Dallas Design Center is a space where the most beautiful, high end, and sustainable building surface materials come together in a single location. We offer a 9,000 sq/ft interactive learning, showroom, and conferencing space – showcasing the best of our roof tile, floor tile, and wall cladding. The Ludowici design center space is divided into 7 key design areas – each focusing on a different architectural design style. Customers can select any of color and texture combinations to be applied to the profile they choose.
WHY TEXAS
The “Dallas Design District” is known for its collection of high-end suppliers of furnishings, interiors, surfaces, and building materials with facilities to showcase their product offerings. Visitors of the Dallas Design District come from around the country to shop for luxury furnishings and materials.
Although our showroom in Dallas might be new, our history in Texas is not! Ludowici has a 130-year historical success on some of Texas’s most notable architectural buildings. If you see a historic home with a tile roof, there’s a good chance it’s us. Our history stretches the state long before our showroom. In DFW specifically, you can look up to see Ludowici tile at Highland Park Village, the Degloyer Mansion at the Dallas Arboretum, or around the Fort Worth Stockyards – within historic neighborhoods such as Lakewood, Park Cities, Swiss Avenue, Highland Park and Oak Cliff – and covering dozens of college campuses like TCU, Texas Tech, and The University of Texas Austin.
We continue to produce the most beautiful, sustainable, and maintenance free construction products available in the industry, and are proud to call Texas home.

DESIGN AREAS
The Ludowici design center space is divided into 7 key design areas – each focusing on a different architectural design style. Customers can select any of color and texture combinations to be applied to the profile they choose.

With over 45 roof tile displays, 200 texture and color boards, and 50 flooring vignettes – the design inspiration is endless.

WALL CLADDING
We have a dedicated space showcasing our wall cladding products in a variety of profiles and finishes.
OUR PARTNERS
Ludowici has partnered with the industry’s best to provide a comprehensive offering of luxury building surface materials. Including – French & American Oak flooring, European limestone, French Oak windows, copper & zinc gutter systems, handmade brick & cut stone, terra cotta chimney pots, and a variety of snow guards.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Our showroom will periodically host continuing education courses for registered AIA and ASID members seeking HSW CEU credits. Please check the calendar on our continuing education page or contact our showroom at dallas@ludowici.com to set an appointment for your office.
HOST AN EVENT
Located in the back of our showroom is a conferencing space designed to encourage customers, roofers, architects, designers, and the like to host meetings and events. This state of the art 1,000 sf conference room & training center can be utilized to seat over 40 people, with (2) 82-inch TV monitors for presentations.
