Making History with Asheville High School

Posted on: September 12, 2019
Asheville High School has called the Blue Ridge Mountains home since 1929. Over the years, the campus has added six buildings, and recently found itself in a position to start making repairs. The main event – restoring the exterior of the original building – became possible after collaboration between many players, including PFA Architects, Baker Roofing, and Ludowici Roof Tile. Read more here about how Ludowici helped restore our original tile, featured in Traditional Building Magazine’s September 2019 issue.   Full Team members: Ludowici Baker Roofing PFA Architects Vannoy Construction SKA Consulting Engineers Asheville City Schools Davis Civil Solutions Buncombe County Government / Historic Resources Commission Capital Fund Commission Tzu Chen Photography
