We offer durable, high-quality underlayment for your building, and Tile Seal and Tile Vent for those vulnerable areas requiring additional flashing. Ludowici also recommends copper nails or stainless screws as the preferred choice for affixing our tile to the roof, both of which can be ordered to deliver with our tile—saving you time, and money

Ludowici offers custom American Oak beams, trusses, siding, paneling, & flooring. Our Northwestern Spruce colors have a lighter wood base, offering more vibrant tones, while Cedar colors have a darker wood base, offering more muted tones. Select products on display at the Dallas Design Center. All products are made to order.
Box Beams come in Northwestern Spruce, Cedar, and White Oak. Northwestern Spruce and Cedar box beam lengths
are available from 4’ to 15’6”. White Oak box beams are available from 4’ to 10’. For longer lengths, choose one of our joint
options.

Design Center is found in the Dallas Design District. Our goal was to create a space where high end, beautiful, and sustainable building surface materials came together in a single location. We have also made available some of the finest building surface materials products in the industry to provide partner products such as:
Schedule your customers to visit our Dallas Design Center to interact with over 40 roofing displays, 200 color & texture combinations, and over 50 flooring vignettes surrounded by partner products. The design center is equipped with a 1,000 sq/ft state of the art conference room & training center, which can be utilized to seat offer 40 people and contains (2) 82-inch TV monitors for presentations, and warehouse mock-up roofs for installer training. Display areas are divided into (7) product style bays:
