It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our longtime coworker and friend, Aaron Farley. Aaron led our technical services department for 17 years providing design services, trainings, and specifications for all Ludowici products and customers over the years. Aaron’s contribution of talent, leadership, friendship, and astute product knowledge lead him to become a respected mentor and member of the Ludowici family. He trained hundreds of roofing installers from around the country and provided thousands of pricing proposals and custom part drawings for some of the most amazing projects around the world. Aaron was a loving husband, father, coworker, and friend and will be forever missed by all who knew him.
Aaron was an architecture graduate of the Ohio State University and is survived by his loving wife Katy, and his children Sam, Emma, and Maggie.
“Aaron was a Fountain of Knowledge in the tile roofing industry, I already feel a huge void within our industry that will never be filled. You will be tremendously missed by the Ludowici Corporation and all of us high level roofing companies, but you will also Never be forgotten. We will carry on roofing in your honor.”
“Aaron Farley will be greatly missed. He almost always answered his phone, and if he didn’t he called back. And he always heard your issue or question, and he almost always had heard it before and had a solution or an answer. He shared his depth of knowledge freely and humbly. He was a great resource, warm and genuinely interested in helping, teaching and training. If you ever called me with a challenging clay tile issue, and I called you back with an answer, I most likely checked in with Aaron first.”
