Ludowici is a registered provider with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Continuing Education System and the Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC).
We value education and make it a priority to provide continuing education for architects and building designers. Our world-class clay is meticulously crafted in New Lexington, Ohio with locally sourced materials just five miles away, ensuring Ludowici tiles are 100% made in the USA. When you visit the Ludowici manufacturing facility, you will get an up-close, in-depth look into the manufacturing of terra cotta tile, from the raw material grinding process to extrusion, glazing, firing and finally packaging and shipping. You’ll also observe hand molding and customization techniques proprietary to Ludowici.
